An incident reporting tool for hazards such as flood, landslide, flooding, vehicular accidents, etc that will be geotagged and automatically displayed at the Emergency Operation Center Dashboard. This will visually enable the EOC to quickly respond and identify/deploy the appropriate assistance or rescue operation.
